I have a movie for you.  In June 2017 during the Citizens’ Climate Lobby national conference in Washington, DC, the director, Lou Helmut, of Our Children’s Trust spoke about an amazing lawsuit led by young people. This is a landmark case called Julianna v U.S. Govt (www.ourchildrenstrust.org/us/federal-lawsuit/).  Fifteen young people have sued the Federal Government because of the government’s inaction to move to address climate change. The young people say their inalienable rights to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness have been infringed because of this inaction.

So, I used my iPhone to video Lou Helmut’s incredible presentation on the subject.  Apologies for not great video – but I did what I could, redrafted some of the illustrations to make them more video-readable, and added background photos to move it along. The video is about 30 minutes, and I really want you to watch it.
