Representative Elizabeth Esty (D, CT05) this month joined the House of Representative’s Bipartisan Climate Solutions Caucus (with other CT Reps. Jim Himes and John Larson). This caucus has over 66 members, half Democrat half Republican, and seeks to support climate and related legislation and to work towards a carbon fee and dividend bill through respectful and scientifically-based discussions.
